Krish has assisted service organisations across a range of industries including telecoms, insurance, retail, banking and public utilities, in crafting their CEX strategy, program/capability, research & analytics, and in delivering game-changing customer experience. 


He is a customer advocate who works relentlessly with large and medium-sized service organisations to put customers at the heart of what they do.

He holds a Masters degree in Information Engineering from Polytech Nantes, and an MBA from Macquarie University School of Business (MGSM).
